At least that's what my mom calls them, I think they could also be known as diaper covers.
I found a wonderful pattern and tutorial on Dana-made-it.com (I think that's the address?).
This fabric was super tricky to work with, but probably worth it, I mean look at all those ruffles!!
Baby girl I can not wait to see you in these...
